GUARDIANSHIP
Joseph Hanshe is a Court Examiner, duly designated by Order of the Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the Second Judicial Department. As such, accounts are examined and inventories are filed or required to be filed, in accordance with former sections 77.29, 78.23 and 78.25, and in accordance with section 79.17 and Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law.
